What a Taobao spreadsheet actually is
A “spreadsheet” in this world is exactly what it sounds like: a shared document — usually a Google Sheet — where buyers collect links to products on Taobao, Weidian and 1688, sorted by type, brand and quality tier. Instead of hunting through thousands of Chinese listings yourself, you scroll a sheet other buyers have already vetted and copy the model you want. It is the backbone of how communities on Reddit and Discord shop from China.
The sheet only points to products, though. To actually receive anything overseas you need someone in China to buy it, inspect it and forward it. That is where a buying agent — or a direct service like this one — comes in. We are the part that turns a row in a spreadsheet into a tracked parcel on your doorstep.

What you can actually find (7,000+ items)
Across our 40+ specialist factories the catalog runs to thousands of live SKUs. The strongest categories are footwear (Air Jordan AJ1 through AJ14, Nike Dunks, New Balance), soccer jerseys in both fan and player/Aeroswift versions, streetwear (hoodies, jackets, tees), and luxury-style bags and accessories. Inventory in clothing rotates fast with seasonal drops, so if a model is not in the album we check with the factories and reply within six hours.
- Sneakers — PK God / LJR top batches, from about $42.
- Soccer jerseys — fan + player versions, custom name & number +$5, from about $18.
- Streetwear — hoodies, jackets, tees; premium and budget tiers.
- Bags & accessories — luxury-style leather goods, belts, caps.
You can browse every album on the full Yupoo catalog page, organised by category with direct links.
Shipping, customs and the 2026 reality
Here is the part most sites still get wrong. For years, US buyers relied on the $800 de minimis rule that let low-value parcels arrive duty-free. That exemption ended for China-origin goods on 2 May 2025 and for all countries on 29 August 2025. So 2026 is the first full year where essentially every parcel from China can attract a duty or a flat postal fee regardless of value. Any site still telling you “under $800 = zero customs” is quoting an old rule.
What that means for you in practice: we give you a realistic landed-cost estimate before you pay, declare your parcel accurately, and where it is legitimate we consolidate or split parcels to keep the total predictable. Rough country guidance for 2026: the US now applies duty or a flat postal fee on China parcels; the EU charges VAT over €150; the UK over £135; Canada over $150 CAD; Australia GST over $1,000 AUD.
Spreadsheet vs direct service — which is right for you?
If you enjoy the hunt, want a giant searchable index and do not mind managing an agent wallet, the public spreadsheets plus a big agent are perfectly fine. If you would rather hand someone a photo and have them handle quote, QC and shipping in one WhatsApp thread — with no middleman markup on the item price — a direct service saves you time and usually money.
